Low cost strategy

We all want to save on our expenses. The same is true when it comes to renting a vehicle. However, in our opinion, low cost should never be at the expense of quality service, clean, functional and reliable vehicles. For us, low cost means something else:

  1. Reduction of our administrative costs: our reservation, reception and information areas are mainly done online or at home.

  2. Multi-tasking staff: the same “Vroum” employee can be in charge of customer relations, vehicle maintenance, promotion, delivery and billing.

  3. Our vehicles are selected primarily for their functionality, their condition and at rates that allow them to be quickly profitable.

  4. Our marketing strategy focuses on social networks, internet, word of mouth and direct contact.

  5. Our profit margin is very modest.
